While I am not a licensed therapist, I hold degrees in Theater, Communications and Psychology and am currently in pursuit of my Ph.D in Psychology.
My background equips me with a strong understanding of human behavior and the power of active listening.
I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals seeking to express themselves freely and feel truly heard.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Our sessions will be conducted via Zoom at a mutually convenient time.

  • You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

  • I will ask clarifying questions only when necessary to understand you better.

  • My primary role is to listen actively and offer empathy and support.
